Mine and Ryans anniversary was wonderful. I wasn't expecting much considering we have been paying for as much as we have with new furniture, our rings, honeymoon, etc.But Ryan took me to sushi ya for dinner, which was fabulous, it tasted as good as ever! stuffed our faces full of unlimited sushi rolls. And that night I set up a projector and movie for a movie date night (curtious of jim and marnie batchelor) where we watched the wedding singer (assuming it was sutable considering our marriage being a month away) We snuggled and opened small gifts we got for eachother, Ryan is a stud he bought me the cutest skirt from my favorite store and paid for dinner, and i got him an awesome clock for our new home, a shirt, and stuff for the date night. I am just happy to spend time with him though, it doesnt ever have to be anything special or extravagent, just the time spent together is what matters most. I loved every minute of it. We see each other all the time but just knowing he is there and the dates make it so fun! Our anniversary marked one month until the wedding which made it an even more exciting time.
The days following were just as great we spent time helping my parents in the yard, and getting stuff ready for the wedding. I had a wedding shower on July 14 which was so fun! I am so lucky to have such a great support team in my life! I have another on the 28th and cant wait!
We got our Bridals and Groomals taken on the 21st and they turned out gorgeous! I cannot wait to post pictures! I had to work the day of so it was kind of a stress ful day, I hadnt found earings yet and our photographer was worried about running out of light. So I got off work a little earlier than normal ran over to Devree's house ( of course getting lost on the way) to get my hair done (which she did a fabulous job) and went straight to Ryans house ( getting pulled over on the way, i didnt get a ticket or anything luckily) when we finally got to the temple we found out the temple is undergoing construction which kinda made me upset that they didnt tell us that when we booked the date, oh well though. Nothing we can do now, the pictures were a blast though, Ryan can make anyone look good with his handsomeness.
On the 24th we decided to go to Lagoona Beach for the day after that we went home and made dinner finished stuff for the wedding, and went to his house to play with fireworks. The fireworks we had were actually really awesome! we bought them in Wyoming last year and they were so cool! huge! we are going to buy more next year and set those off rather than going to see city fireworks because it was so cool, they were big and right above us. After we set them off we climbed up the roof and watched all the fireworks around us, everyone was shooting them off and they were amazing. So cool to see all the surrounding fireworks.
Its safe to say we have had a really good month! 23 more days until we are sealed and it cant come any faster!
