Sista Sista.

Aaliyah came for a visit and we could not have been more happy for her to come.
The purpose of her visit was so that I could show her around UVU- she is in her final year of high school and is preparing for college!
She flew in on Thursday night and we took it easy by going to dinner and watching Scandal later.  I watch Scandal every Thursday night at the same time as Kristi and we fan girl over it together.
Friday we woke up and headed to Orem/Provo.  We spent the morning in the mountains taking some pictures- I am trying to start up photography again and needed practice with posing and editing. Especially because she wants me to take her senior pictures when we go to California. After our little photo shoot we headed to the school, we took an Ashley tour before heading to an apartment complex she is thinking of living in and followed by Artic Circle (she loves their fry sauce).  We had a lot of fun and I was really happy to show her around the area. Fingers Crossed that we will have her here next fall.

We then went home to pick up Ryan and go to Lagoon! We had a blast on the rides, watching Aaliyah get the life scared out of her by zombies walking around, and we even stayed and watched the chainsaw show.
there was a rad spider web and spider that we were posing by... I guess he was hard to see.

The next day Aaliyah and I headed to the SLC Farmers market to check out all the local stuff. (view my farmers market pictures under the photography tab) She bought some honey from this rad hippy and some tea.  We had fun chatting, walking around, taking pictures, and petting every puppy I saw :).
After the farmers market we took it easy at the apartment for a little bit before we headed to Station Park with Ryan.  We wanted to show her this shopping center because it looks just like "market street" a shopping center in Texas where she lives. We ended the night with Dinner and a Movie. To bad that both Aaliyah and Ryan fell asleep within the first 20 minutes.

We had so much fun having her here and it was sad to see her go.  Ryan came off and said " man I hate goodbyes why cant they just live here." He is the sweetest.
