We had the most merry christmas! Unfortuantly Ryan and I relentlessly served tables at Chilis Christmas Eve but we finished and headed over to my parents to watch a little A Christmas Story before bed- we were sleeping over. We woke up to a sweet piggy snorting in our faces and joined the family to open presents. Something I had been looking forward to all month!
I absolutely enjoying giving gifts- I think thats why i like christmas so much!
Roan got something like 10 zombie related gifts from various people.
After spending time with the Obergs we headed over to my in laws for breakfast and present time with them. We enjoyed company from each other and again more joy of giving gifts.

After all the rounds of family time we decided it was time to go home and give gifts to each other and eat dinner. I think we were so excited to give gifts to our families that we almost forgot that we still had gifts for each other.

We ended the night eating home made soup, with a glass of wine, and watched Its A Wonderful Life... because it truly is a wonderful life.
