Its a wonderful life!

We have had a pretty eventful couple weekends. We were lucky to be able to spend time with Libby and Joe to go see the Christmas lights before they leave for Italy and we leave for San Francisco.  I love the lights, it never fails to blow my mind every year on how beautiful they set everything up. It was really great being able to walk around with them and catch up. We are so jealous of them spending the holidays in Italy but excited for them and their trip.

We spent the week following starting to pack up our things which was a little heart breaking, I cried a little but I know it will all be worth it in the long run, its just kind of hard leaving so much of our stuff behind.  We got our packets with more information about the internship and it brought us both so much comfort.  We had felt so lost because we weren't really sure what was ahead of us.   But I was able to look up the apartments we are staying at The Northpoint Apartments and they look really great, and in pretty decent shape.  They are crazy expensive though rent is about 2,500 to 4,300 a month, which makes me so grateful that the company we are working for pays for everything.  We also found out we aren't doing Del Sol but we are doing Cariloha which is what both Ryan and I had hoped we would be assigned to.  Cariloha is still apart of Del Sol but they sell a different selection. Del Sol sells things directed towards tourists, as Cariloha sells more towards the upper class.  Cariloha's products are all completely made out of bamboo, their shirts, sheets, everything.  Its really nice stuff.
Makinsey bridal shower was this past Thursday, December 13, we had a really lovely time, the only down fall is at the last minute a lot of people ended up canceling and not being able to come, so with it being a smaller group we decided to go to Olive Garden for dinner.  We had a really good time gossiping and eating our little hearts out. Congrates to Kins so happy for her and this big new step in her life!

We were also really excited for this past weekend, December 15, was the ANBERLIN concert. I was so excited.  My parents got me tickets for my birthday and I just couldn't wait.  They were amazing, by far one of the best performances I've seen them do.  I've only been to 4 of their concerts including this one, however it was still super fabulous.  They had so much energy!  We waited a good two hours before they performed, the first band they had play were some techno group that we didn't care to much for but the second group was a band called Bon Fire and they were actually pretty good, we both are going to down load their album.  Anberlin performed everyone of our favorite songs which was one of the best parts.  I am already pumped for their next concert. They were so great!
