My birthday was fabulous! Ryan took me to the Hilton that we stayed at on our honeymoon for the weekend, we relaxed, and swam in the pool.... It was GLORIOUS! We don't ever do nothing, so it was nice to have people make us breakfast and clean our messes. (: Ryan also had some cash he gave me and took me shopping a city creek, which was also fun. Its frustrating at this time and age because there aren't many people that make clothes that fit my standards. With some digging and searching we found some stuff though and it turned out to be a really good time. We attempted to make a trip to Trader Joe's, which just opened in Salt Lake this weekend, they sell the worlds best salsa. However they were completely sold out of salsa, which was kind of a bummer.
On the day of my Birthday Ryan and I checked out of our hotel and went to church, followed by spending time with my family. My mom made Chicken Cordon Blue, and it was amazing, and a really great cake. Roan got me a Mater ornament for my Christmas tree, and my parents bought us tickets to go see Anberlin (my favorite band).
The following day we went to dinner at Zupas with Ryan's family and it was a lot of fun. I love seeing both families so much. The parents bought me a couple things from my favorite store Bohme, Rory and Ash bought me a new mint scarf to add to my collection, and Dontai and Matt bought me Taylor Swifts new CD RED!
Still to come is going to see the lights at temple square with Libby and Joe, a visit from Daph, Jim and the Kids, and Dinner with Grandma Angie.
I was so spoiled this birthday and so thankful for all those that reached out to me on my special day.
Obviously I am 21 but I am 6 years old at heart.
