Our first night in San Fran 5 months ago was so strange. We were in an unfamiliar area, it was dark, raining. We had no food, and had been driving for the last 13 hours. As we finished unpacking we thought we would walk down to Pier 39... the only place we knew the location of. Most of the places were closed but we were fortunate enough to find Swiss Louis. When we sat down we knew right away it was a nicer restaurant, the prices werent included on the menu... We looked at each other and said lets go big order whatever we want to celebrate that we made it here! Boy were we spoiled that meal. As time was ending here we both agreed that going to Swiss Louis was the best way to say good bye. To have it be our first and last restaurant. It was still excellent food and honestly I just really enjoy being our with the husband.
We were blessed the whole day off together which never happens. that was our second time with a full day together. We tried doing several things but plans unfortunately fell through. Even though our plans kept falling apart we still had a blast! We eventually found a cute area to window shop, we rented a movie, went on a walk and of course ate dinner. It was the perfect day and we were very lucky to be able to spend it together to say good bye before we had to work non stop until we left.
Good Bye San Fran... We will always love and miss you!
