Ryan and I both agreed to leaving super early for the drive back to Utah. We d I'd pretty well according to schedule. We wanted to leave by 4:00am but we left more around 4:30am on account of needing to get gas. The drive went a lot better than it did on the way to San Fran 5.5 months previously. Ryan did most of the driving this time which I am thankful for, I got more sick this time around. I rented movies for the iPad for each of us to watch while the other drove which I felt was very beneficial. Driving through Nevada and Utah made me wonder how I could possibly live anywhere other than California now... Nothing compares to the beauty in Cali.
We made great time. We made it home at about 5:00pm, my sweet parents had out together a room for us with all our stuff... Boy did we both forget how nice our mattress is. It was really weird being back, seeing the bountiful temple felt like the biggest blessing, Utah is very lucky to have so many temples in sight. We were very happy to see our families and thus far have really enjoyed being back!
