Employee of the Month.

Our store doesn't do Employee of the Month. But if we did, this guy would be the winner every month.  I am so thankful that he is my coworker and for this opportunity we have had to do this together.  He is so motivated and wonderful with people.  He always does his best and makes the most out of any situation.  I enjoy the days when I get to see him in action because he just does a fabulous job. As I went to relieve him of his shift yesterday he could immediately tell that I had a ruff morning. I had a couple things happen that really bothered me, and I was also physically drained as I found out I have shin splints.  Without any hesitation he told me to go home and that he was completely fine working the full day so I could have the day to myself. It honestly meant the world to me. There is nothing greater then working with him.
