Oakland Temple.

Oakland is for sure not my favorite city in the world. It just has a bad feeling in the air.  Ryan and I are definitely the minority when we go there. The  nearest Walmart is in Oakland and that's the only place we can make our monthly payment on our furniture.  We decided to try and find the temple when we went to make our payments this last round and it was well worth the adventure.  What a beautiful, peaceful, safe haven in such a scary city.  We loved being there, its a very unique temple. It has a balcony that you can walk up and walk around the temple. It was  really quiet a neat place to be.  We didn't get a chance to do an endowment session because I had to go to work, but I hope we have enough time off to go together again sometime soon. Its a little to sketchy of a city to drive through alone so our only option is to go together.  I am thankful for temples, and the work that is performed in them. This temple is the light in a dark city.
