Birthday boy!

I love celebrating Ryan's birthday! I love seeing him excited and happy, but most of all I am thankful everyday for his birth because I don't know what I would do without him.  It was different not celebrating with our families so I wanted to make it as special as I could without them there.  I decorated and bought him a very special cake just for him. We had a lot of fun celebrating together.  He opened all of his presents and tried everything on, played with his new toys, ate his special birthday twinkies, licked his cake, he did pretty much everything he could with his new stuff.  Receiving gifts from home was bitter sweet, it made us both miss our families but so thankful to have them in our lives. I know it meant the world to Ryan to receive some love from everyone back home.
