a not so halloween.

Ryan and I adore Halloween! We love carving pumpkins, Halloween movies, corn mazes, dressing up, This is the Place and tacos with the Obergs. 
This year... was not our year,  we watched a few good movies, and were even introduced to some new ones.  We did no pumpkin carving, apparently that's not a very big deal around here we couldn't find any pumpkins when we went searching for them,  there are no corn mazes around here and obviously no family either.  We didn't fill like dressing up, when we had no where to go.  But don't worry we have our costumes planned out for next year!
We invited the missionaries over to eat dinner and carve pumpkins, however because we couldn't find pumpkins, so we only ate dinner with them.  The neighborhood we live in is so ghetto that we didn't have any trick or treaters so after the Elders left we ate Halloween candy and watched The Vampire Diaries. 
This isn't one of the better holidays we had,  it didn't even fill like Halloween.  But its come and gone and today is the start of my fall celebrations!! New decorations, and the countdown to Christmas and my birthday begin!
